WHAT CAN YOU DO IN THE SMASA PATIENT PORTAL?

We understand that many times people are not fully aware of the power of a patient portal.

Here’s a list of items that our patient portal:

  • E-mail your provider with questions

  • Have your test results sent to you via e-mail

HOW TO ENROLL

HOW TO ENROLL IN THE SMASA PATIENT PORTAL

To enroll in the SMASA Patient Portal, you must request an enrollment token during your appointment or via our Administrator at portal@smasatx.com. You will be required to sign a consent form and provide an e-mail address for use with our SMASA Patient Portal. Once you have an enrollment token, you can click the Enroll Now button bellow to start the enrollment process.
